A Compex pilot should feel structured, explicit, and reviewable. The goal is to evaluate a governed execution path, not to rush into broad production deployment.

During a pilot

• Teams agree on a use case and success criteria.
• The environment is configured for sandbox or scoped pilot use.
• Workloads, users, and output rules are reviewed.
• Evidence records are inspected during and after runs.
• Limitations and next steps are documented.

What this means

For business readers, the pilot should produce a decision: continue, refine, pause, or expand scope. It should not leave stakeholders guessing whether the workflow was controlled.

Current status

Pilot expectations should be documented before execution and revisited at the end of the pilot review.

Limitations

Pilot results may not automatically generalize to additional datasets, regions, users, or production infrastructure.
